This new construction project will be built between Graz and Maribor on a property area of around 110.000 m². The project benefits from good visibility from the highway and from the optimal connection to the interregional transport network (A9).

On this site, by Q4/2023, around 62.000 m² of leasable area is planned.

These can be leased from a size of about 2.800 m², giving companies more flexibility in their selection.

The project developer also attaches particular importance to the topic of sustainability, which is why this project development includes several green features. First and foremost, this technology and industrial park will be powered by a biomass heating plant. In addition, photovoltaic plants, a biotope, electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle garages, as well as green exterior areas and green roofs will be constructed.
