For rent on an open-ended basis, there is a ca. 7m high industrial hall (former printing house) with ca. 800m². The space is flexibly usable and accessible via the inner courtyard. In the rear part, a second level has been added, which can be used as a lounge or office. Below there are wet areas and the changing room. The skylights let a lot of daylight into the room and create a pleasant room atmosphere.
