In the north of Vienna, the developer MLP is building a business park with state-of-the-art facilities, suitable for multi-user operations such as e-commerce, logistics, last-mile delivery as well as assembly, service and light industry companies. The excellent location in the northeastern part of Vienna, in an urban and well-established commercial area, offers an excellent connection to the city's Ringstraße network and the S2 motorway exit about 350 m away.
