The apartments convince with a timeless and at the same time high-quality equipment. In the living areas oak parquet is laid, in bathrooms and toilets carefully selected tiles are used. The windows and door systems are implemented as wooden windows with outer aluminum cladding and 3-pane insulating glazing. For effective sun protection, exterior rolling shutters are used; in some apartments with special balcony situations Zip-Screens are used.
The apartments include a modern, already equipped kitchen with upper cabinets, base cabinets, worktop, sink, oven, glass-ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher and fridge-freezer combination. The sanitary fittings are also of high quality, including products from Kaldewei, Hansgrohe, Laufen and Geberit.

In the Village im Dritten district there is a strong emphasis on sustainable energy supply. In addition to photovoltaic systems on the roofs, the integration of renewable and climate-friendly energy sources is also a central part of the overall district. Open spaces and surroundings
