• There is no heating. The tenant must install it themselves at their own expense.

Contract and terms

• Rent: 2.300 Euro including operating costs and VAT
• Option to take over a long-term or indefinite rental agreement
• Rent-free months for the expansion and preparation are negotiable
• Commission: 3 gross monthly rents plus 20 % VAT
