The remise available for rent is designed as a versatile neighborhood and cultural center with a food hall, dining areas, a cocktail bar and a gastro counter. The premises are designed for simultaneous use by up to 700 people.

Several areas are available for preparing and serving hot and cold food, as well as a brewery of its own. A total of 215 serving places are planned outdoors across several outdoor dining areas.

Operating hours are planned from 06:00 to 02:00.
