In a well-kept building, a space in the basement is available for rent immediately. The premises consist of two separate rooms and a WC. A water connection is available in one of the rooms.

The space is ideally suited as a storage or hobby room, for example as an atelier, painting room, workshop or for similar uses.

The electricity connection will be provided by the landlord. There is currently no heating; if required, it is possible to install heating panels.

Access is conveniently via the staircase.

As the premises are located in a quiet residential building, noise-intensive uses or activities with stronger noise generation are not suitable.
