A total of 20 modern terraced houses are being built as part of this project. The units are functionally and contemporarily designed and offer future residents a comfortable living environment.

Houses 1 to 10 each have a usable residential area of around 140 m², while houses 11 to 20 have a usable residential area of approximately 115 m². The residential units are complemented by spacious terraces and private garden areas, offering residents additional open space and an attractive opportunity to retreat outdoors.
