The building plots are located in the municipality of Draßburg, in the district of Mattersburg, around fifteen kilometres south of Eisenstadt in the Rosalia-Kogelberg Nature Park. The Gartenäcker are situated on a slight hill, from where there is a beautiful view over Draßburg, towards Eisenstadt and as far as Lake Neusiedl.

Draßburg is a municipality with approx. 1230 inhabitants in the district of Mattersburg in Burgenland, Austria.

• Mattersburg and Eisenstadt approx. 15 min. (also 15 min. by train to Eisenstadt - 30 min. to Mattersburg)
• WR-Neustadt approx. 25 min.
