The private lake is about 120 meters away from the private garden (no direct lake view from the row bungalow).

The lodge is furnished, but the furniture can also be supplemented or replaced during the rental period with one's own furniture.

The complex, as well as the swimming lake, is exclusively accessible only to residents and also includes its own natural pond for dogs.

The rental is exclusively for the entire season, where the season runs from 01.April to 31. Oktober, resulting in a total rent of Euro 7.700,-- including 10% UST, excluding operating costs ( electricity, water, sewer, waste etc. ).
