Single-family house in a quiet location for rent

This well-maintained, Ytong-built single-family house is located on the edge of a village between Weitra and Gmünd.

One room opens onto the southwest-facing terrace. The house is not basemented, but an attic is available for storage or, if desired, for expansion. For heating the property there is a liquid gas central heating system, and there is an additional chimney connection for, for example, a wood-burning stove. The photos of all interior rooms were taken before the current tenant moved in. Considering the privacy of the current tenants, no current photos are available.

The garden surrounding the house, with an area of about 900 m², invites design and relaxation and serves as access from the public road. There is a sauna on the property, the functionality of which could not be checked. For information note that the green fence visible in the photos would be subject to removal (800 €) if taken over by the new tenants.

The rent of € 850 includes already operating costs such as municipal charges, water and rubbish disposal. Any energy costs such as liquefied gas, electricity, septic tank emptying (1x per year) telephone etc. are not included.

Pets are allowed by arrangement.
