The hut is located about 1.5 km from Vordernberg, surrounded by meadows and forests. Vordernberg is located about 15 km northwest of the district capital Leoben at the foot of the Präbichl in the Eisenerz Alps. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here!

For your information: The preparation of an energy certificate is not necessary, as the alpine hut does not exceed the quarterly energy demand, calculated compared to year-round use, due to the type of use during a limited period in the calendar year.

The tenancy of the property to be rented is not subject to the Tenancy Act (full exemption).
