On the edge of a picturesque pine grove, a sustainable residential project with 22 terraced houses is being built at Hitzendorferstraße 20–28, using timber-frame construction.

The spacious living areas of 124 to 132 m², each with five rooms, offer plenty of space. Each residential unit extends over two floors: downstairs are the living room and kitchen, as well as a utility room and a bathroom; upstairs are the bedrooms and another bathroom. The floors are tiled or fitted with real wood parquet. Each house has a terrace and compact private gardens, equipped with a garden shed by Biohort.
