Costs and fixed term

The landlord will initially rent out the house for a fixed term of 5 years.

In accordance with §29 MRG, after 12 months have elapsed, you as the tenant may terminate the tenancy at any time effective at the end of the month, subject to a 3 month notice period.

The landlord is bound to the contractual term of 5 years and cannot terminate the tenancy agreement prematurely.
