The IKANO OFFICE PARK, built between 1992 and 1997 and modernized in 2020-2021, consists of two buildings that are connected by a connecting corridor. The property on the edge of the Vienna South industrial center offers across seven floors 11,600 m² of flexible office space as well as 338 car parking spaces, of which 81 are in the in-house underground garage. For private transport, the IKANO OFFICE PARK is easily reachable via the B 17 that runs past the property and the South Motorway A2 located only 500 m away. Public transport is mainly via the Wiener Lokalbahn (Badner Bahn), whose station “Griesfeld” lies directly at the property.
