In 2013 a large part was newly built as well as a rebranding was carried out and new office and commercial spaces were created in Shopping Point Neunkirchen. Today there are stores here such as Woolworth, Fussl, Shoe4You, Tedi, Fressnapf, Klipp, Asia Nudeln and an EVN Service Center. On the upper floor there is an office of the GRAWE Insurance, a dance school as well as a Group-Fitness Studio.

In addition to the rent, the following one-time costs apply:

• commission (3 NMM zzgl. 20% USt.)
• tax office fee in the respective applicable amount (depending on term and waiver of termination)
