The office complex was built in 2023 in the immediate vicinity of the Business Center Hagenau 1 on L118 Oberndorferstraße. The three building parts are accessed via separate entrances and are connected via the shared underground garage. 39 office units were created, which can be combined on one level to 200, 300 or 400 m² office space incl. kitchenette and sanitary rooms.
