The modern office space comprises 3 rooms, separate WCs as well as a corridor area including an equipped kitchenette. The electric shading as well as the heating and cooling individually controllable for each room provide comfort and pleasant working. Optional sufficient underground parking spaces are available.

The office complex was built in 2023 in direct proximity to the Business Center Hagenau 1 on the L118 Oberndorferstraße. The three building sections are accessed via their own entrances and are connected via the shared underground garage. 39 office units have been created, which can be combined on one level into 200, 300 or 400 m² of office space including kitchenette and sanitary rooms.
