In the ground floor there is a company in the field of IT service and IT trade, the infrastructure (kitchen, sanitary facilities, scanner, Internet, cleaning staff etc.) is shared. The pure office space (2 enclosed rooms) comprises 4 workstations for the part offered for rent, the entire floor comprises ca. 230m². It is also conceivable to offer these 4 workstations in the sense of a coworking space to different interested parties, so that the costs can be shared in total.

Note pursuant to Energieausweisvorlagegesetz: An energy certificate has not yet been presented by the owner or seller, after our clarification about the generally applicable Vorlagepflicht, as well as a request for its preparation. Therefore at least a total energy efficiency corresponding to the age and the type of the building is deemed agreed. We assume no warranty or liability for the actual energy efficiency of the offered property.
