The spaces comprise an office area including ancillary rooms and WC facilities as well as three additional storage areas. The office space can be rented separately; depending on demand, one, two or all three storage spaces can be rented in addition.

The total usable area is approximately 351 m² and is divided as follows:

In the event of a lease, we charge as follows: for a term shorter than 2 years, 1 gross monthly rent; for a term of at least 2 but not longer than 3 years, 2 gross monthly rents; and if unlimited or longer than 3 years, 3 gross monthly rents plus 20% VAT as commission.
