OFFICES & SPACE

Our office spaces vary from about 17 m² to 800 m².

Each room is flexible and can be rented alone or, depending on availability, combined with other spaces.

The listed Top 03.02 is about 92 m² in total (net usable area), located on the 2nd floor above ground and oriented to the courtyard. There is no noise pollution.

Additionally there is the option to rent a basement room of 10-15 m² if required.

PARKING SPACES / GARAGE

In addition, we offer our clients one or more parking spaces (depending on availability) in our two-story underground garage for rent. The prices range between € 116,00 and € 119,00 per month (including operating costs and statutory VAT).

For external clients or visitors we have short-term parking spaces reserved, which may be used for 2 €/h.
