Each room is flexible and can be rented alone or, depending on availability, combined with additional spaces.

The listed Top 12.01.01+12.08 is approximately 115 m² in total (net usable area), located on the 3rd lift floor.

In total it consists of 6 rooms.

Additionally there is the possibility to rent a basement room of 10-15 m² if needed.

EQUIPMENT

Your satisfaction and comfort are very important to us - all offices are renovated exclusively for our clients prior to handover and in the process equipped with our high-quality and modern laminate flooring with wood texture. The carpet floors are replaced by laminate flooring.

Each floor in the building, in addition to the washrooms, is also equipped with a communal kitchen that you and your colleagues may gladly use. Our in-house snack and coffee machines also provide a short-term supply option.

MEETINGS & SEMINARS

If you wish to hold meetings or discussions, our three seminar or meeting rooms are available. The rental can be by the hour or by the day, it is flexible and organized by our in-house reception.

PARKING SPACES / GARAGE

Additionally, during the rental period we offer one or more parking spaces (depending on availability) in our two-story underground garage for rent. The prices lie between € 114,- and € 116,- per month (including operating costs and statutory VAT).

For your external customers or visitors we have reserved short-term parking spaces, which may be used for 2 €/h.
