Each space is flexible and can be rented alone or, depending on availability, combined with additional spaces.

Additionally there is the possibility to rent a basement room of 10-15 m² if required.

Your satisfaction and comfort is very important to us - all offices are renovated exclusively for our clients before handover and are equipped with our high-quality and modern laminate flooring with wood texture.

Each floor in the building, in addition to the washrooms, is also equipped with a communal kitchen that can be used by you and your colleagues. Our in-house coffee machines also offer a short-term supply option.

B E S P R E C H U N G E N & S E M I N A R E

If you want to hold meetings or conferences, our three seminar or meeting rooms are available for a price starting at € 11.00/h. Rental can be hourly or daily, it is flexible and organized by our on-site reception.

P L A T Z E N / G A R A G E

Additionally we offer our customers during the rental period one or more parking spaces (depending on availability) in our two-story underground garage for rent. The price is € 119,- per month (including ancillary costs and statutory VAT).

For your external customers or visitors we have short-term parking spaces reserved, which may be used for €2 per hour.
