The object

The office and conference location “Technologiezentrum Linz” with a total area of ca. 8.300 m² is located in the middle of a vibrant business environment. Flexible office solutions from about 20 m² to about 350 m² allow you to grow in the building.

Our reception in the main entrance building “A” is available Monday - Friday during business hours and can assist your customers and visitors, if needed, with finding a workspace.

Nearby restaurants offer various options during lunch breaks. The WIFI cafeteria is also within walking distance.

Anbindung / Reachability

The object is easily accessible both by car (A7, 1b) and by tram (lines 1 and 2) as well as several bus lines (400,401,410,411,412).

Offices & Spaces

Our office spaces vary between ca. 17 m² and 400 m².

Each space is flexible and can be rented alone or, depending on availability, in combination with additional spaces.

The top 08.03.04 listed here is located on the 1st lift floor and is about 23 m² in size (net usable area) and consists of one room. The unit next to it, Top 08.03.05, in the same size (23 m²) can optionally be rented as well.

The offices have been newly painted and a new floor laid.

Additionally, if needed there is the possibility to rent a basement room of 10-15 m².

Your satisfaction and comfort are very important to us - all offices are renovated exclusively for our clients before handover and are equipped with our high-quality and modern laminate flooring with wood texture as part of the process.

Each floor in the building, in addition to restrooms, is also equipped with a communal kitchen that you and your colleagues can happily use. Our in-house coffee machines also provide a quick supply option.

B E S P R E C H U N G E N & S E M I N A R E

If you wish to hold meetings or conferences, our three seminar or meeting rooms are available at a price starting from € 11,00/h. Rental can be hourly or daily, is flexible and organized by our in-house reception.

S T E L L P L Ä T Z E / G A R A G E

Additionally, during the rental period we offer one or more parking spaces (depending on availability) in our two-story underground garage for rent. The price is € 119,- per month (including utilities and statutory VAT).

For your external customers or visitors we have reserved short-term parking spaces, which may be used at € 2/hour.
