The head building at Julius Tandler Platz will remain in its basic structure, but will be revitalized from the ground up. The building will receive three additional new-build upper floors, and both the existing and new structures will offer generous terrace areas.

A diverse gastronomy will be located on the redesigned and opened mezzanine level.

The ground floor provides access to the modern station and to retail spaces. Eight floors are available for expansive offices in close proximity to the city.

Conditions:

• Office rent: EUR 18,00 - EUR 30,00/ net/ m²
• Office operating costs: approx. EUR 4,50/ net/ m²/ incl. heating & cooling
• Terrace rent: between EUR 4,00/m² and EUR 6,00/m2
• MP plus 6% general area surcharge

The area listing includes only the office space excluding the share of general area.
