The FRANCIS project is intended to represent an excellent combination of well-being and efficient work, thereby forming an inseparable unit to promote the productivity of its employees.

The project developers place great emphasis on optimal spatial flexibility and high-quality office equipment.

The head building at Julius Tandler Platz remains in its basic structure, but we are revitalizing it from the ground up.

The building will receive three additional upper-floor new-builds; existing as well as new construction will also offer generous terrace spaces.

A varied gastronomy is located on the newly designed and opened intermediate level.

The ground floor provides access to the modern station and to commercial premises.

Eight floors are available for spacious offices in close proximity to the city.

• Office rent: EUR 18,00 - EUR 30,00/ net/ m²
• Operating costs office: voraussichtlich EUR 4,50/ net/ m²/ incl. heating & cooling
• Terrace rent: between EUR 4,00/m² and EUR 6,00/m2
• MP plus 6% general-area surcharge

The area listing includes the pure office space excluding the proportionate common areas. Note pursuant to the Energy Certificate Submission Act: An energy certificate has not yet been submitted by the owner or seller, after our briefing about the generally applicable submission obligation as of 1.12.2012, as well as the request for its preparation. Therefore, at least a total energy efficiency corresponding to the age and the type of the building is deemed agreed.
