The FRANCIS project aims to be an excellent combination of wellbeing and efficient working, thus forming an inseparable unit to promote the productivity of its employees. From the project developers' side, optimal spatial flexibility and high-quality office equipment are highly valued.

The head building at Julius Tandler Platz remains in its basic structure, but we will be revitalized from the ground up. The building will receive three additional new upper storeys; existing and new build will also offer generous terrace spaces.

Diverse gastronomy takes place on the newly designed and opened mezzanine level allocated for it.

The ground floor provides access to the modern station and to retail spaces. Eight storeys are available for large-area offices in city proximity.
