Completed in 1999, the tower is a classic representative of its decade, a style icon of the turn of the millennium: with its intelligent overall construction, consisting of two interlocked, fully glazed cylinders that are supported by a steel composite structure, but also through its flexible adaptation to the needs of its users. The 43,000 square meters of office space all have daylight – and the unique view of the Danube metropolis. For this purpose, a special solar control glass with platinum coating was used for the window glazing.

Elevators, storage, sanitary and other utility rooms are located in the core of the cylinders. The striking tower rises from a low-rise building divided into several parts. It offers tenants and visitors a wide range of shopping, services, gastronomy and entertainment. Diversity instead of monotony – the so-called » Millennium City « was, after completion, Austria's first town-in-town concept. A place where work and leisure can be combined perfectly.
