Big Biz was constructed at Dresdner Straße between Traisengasse and Pöchlarngasse in three roughly equal-sized construction phases. The completion of the first building part took place in autumn 2002, the two additional parts were completed six months later. Each building part has 3 basements, a ground floor and 7 upper floors. The ground floor areas are connected to a common mall.

Thanks to the favourable location, Big Biz is excellently connected to the Vienna subway network via the Dresdner Straße station (U6), and via the Traisengasse S-Bahn station one can reach in a few minutes one of the most important inner-city transport hubs: Wien Mitte. Various bus and tram lines complete the public transport offering.
