From now on an Office workspace/office room on the 1. floor of an office building, which is within walking distance of Spittelau, is available for rent!

The advance payment for electricity & heating is € 198,00 plus 20% VAT/month.

There is a reception in the building that also accepts packages and deliveries.

You can rent a car parking space, which amounts to € 100,00 plus 20% VAT/month. Customer parking spaces are available on the property.

Fiber optic internet can be added and amounts to € 80,00 plus 20% VAT/month. A weekly cleaning of the office room is also possible: € 108,25 plus 20% VAT/month.

Separate toilets are available. In addition, the office has a fully equipped communal kitchen and a meeting room, which may be used jointly. The in-house company Espresso-Mobil provides good coffee.

Rental period – individually negotiable (short-term rental also possible)!
