For our newly opened Luxury Beauty Salon in Döbling, we are looking for an experienced hairdresser who would like to rent a room from us. Our salon stands for the highest quality standards, a stylish ambience and a first-class treatment experience. Terms

Option 1) Rent for the room: Euro 995 plus profit sharing

Option 3) Rent for the workstation: Euro 1,495 without profit sharing

In addition to use of the workplace, the stated rental prices include the provision of inventory, towels, reception service and appointment organisation. The stated rental prices are net prices.

The amount of any profit sharing will be agreed individually. Neither a deposit nor a brokerage commission will be charged.

Rental Terms

Option 1: Private Room Rental
€995 per month plus a profit-sharing arrangement

Option 2: Workstation Rental
€1,495 per month with no profit-sharing arrangement

In addition to use of the room or workstation, the rental prices include the provision of equipment and furnishings, towels, reception services and appointment management.

All prices are net, excluding VAT where applicable. Any profit-sharing arrangement will be agreed individually. No security deposit or brokerage commission will be charged.
