For our newly opened Luxury Beauty Salon in Döbling, we are looking for an experienced hairdresser who would like to rent a workspace with us. Our salon stands for the highest quality standards, a stylish ambience and a first-class treatment experience. Terms

Option 1) Rent for the workspace: Euro 495 plus profit share

Option 2) Rent for the workspace: Euro 745 plus reduced profit share

Option 3) Rent for the workspace: Euro 995 without profit share

Upon request, it is also possible to rent an entire room.

In addition to use of the workspace, the stated rental prices include the provision of equipment and products as well as towels, reception service and appointment management. The stated rental prices are net prices.

The amount of any profit share will be agreed individually. No security deposit or brokerage commission will be charged.

Rental Terms

Option 1: Workplace rental fee: €495 plus a profit share.

Option 2: Workplace rental fee: €745 plus a reduced profit share.

Option 3: Workplace rental fee: €995 with no profit share.
