The Skyline office building at Heiligenstädter Straße 31 in Vienna's 19th district Döbling is located in one of Vienna's preferred residential areas. The, from a traffic engineering perspective, excellent location at the intersection of Döblinger Gürtel and Heiligenstädter Straße, marks the transition from a residential area to a developing university and administrative center.
