The high-rise has

The footprint of the high-rise is about 59 x 25 m, the overall height of the façade reaches 220 m, and the antenna ends with an upper edge of 250 m.

The southeastern façade has varying extents due to the inward- and outward-inclined, banded façade areas, and it shapes the silhouette of the building mass.

The main use on the upper floors is hotel, as well as office spaces. On the 57th floor is the restaurant 57 with a bar and lounge area on the 58th floor. On the ground floor of the building is the Asian restaurant “Ra´mien go”. On the basement levels there are garages, storage and technical areas.

With VIENNA DC, the opportunity was seized to create a “city within a city” on the opposite bank of the Danube, one of the most beautiful old towns in Europe. The “DC Tower 1” was built and equipped as one of the first Austrian office towers according to the energy and sustainability criteria for a Green Building of the European Commission.
