The HoHo Wien in the Seestadt sets a clear statement for innovation, sustainability and modernity by combining the vision of an ecological and future-oriented property in a wooden high-rise building that has never existed before worldwide. The intelligent hybrid construction method, which provides a mixed construction of wood and concrete, has been efficiently implemented in the HoHo Wien from an ecological and economic perspective. The progressive wood technology allows walls, ceilings and supports to remain unclad made of spruce wood and thus create a unique, cozy atmosphere. This building of the future takes completely new conceptual paths, adapted to a modern generation of employees, customers and visitors.
