The intelligent hybrid construction method, which provides for a mixed construction of wood and concrete, was efficiently implemented in the HoHo Wien from an ecological and economic perspective. The progressive wood technology allows walls, ceilings and supports to remain uncovered in spruce wood and thus create a unique, cozy atmosphere. This building of the future conceptually takes completely new paths, adapted to a modern generation of employees, customers and visitors.
