The HoHo Wien in Seestadt makes a clear statement for innovation, sustainability and modernity by bundling the vision of an ecological and future-oriented property in a timber high-rise building that is unprecedented worldwide. The intelligent hybrid construction method, which provides for a mixed construction of wood and concrete, was efficiently implemented in the HoHo Wien from an ecological and economic perspective. The progressive wood technology allows walls, ceilings and supports to remain uncovered from spruce wood and thus create a unique, cozy atmosphere. This building of the future takes completely new conceptual paths, adapted to a modern generation of employees, customers and visitors.
