• In the 1st floor there are two seminar rooms, which can be booked if needed.

• In the basement there are storage spaces from 15 m² available at € 7,82/m² per month + operating costs € 1,50/m² plus VAT.

• Car parking spaces are available for tenants, visitors and customers on an outdoor space directly at the construction site. These can be rented for € 66,00 per month plus VAT per parking space. In the underground garage of Building Part 1 there are charging options for electric vehicles available if needed. In addition to the car free parking space, electric bicycles can be rented.

• On the ground floor of Building Part 1 there is a restaurant as well as seminar rooms (for up to 100 people), which can be booked when needed. Tenants receive a 50% discount when renting the seminar rooms.

• The Seestadt Technology Center consists of extremely high-quality office/commercial properties that are planned and constructed according to the latest technical possibilities with regard to energy efficiency, sustainability and building ecology. The buildings are designed and built to Passive House standard and have innovative building technology systems.
