• In the basement there are storage spaces from 15 m² available at € 7,82/m² per month + operating costs € 1,50/m² plus VAT.

• Vehicle parking spaces are available to tenants, visitors and customers on an unallocated space directly at the construction site. These can be rented for € 66,00 per month plus VAT per parking space. In the underground garage of Building Part 1, charging options for electric vehicles are available if needed. In addition to the car unallocated space, electric bicycles can be rented.

• On the ground floor of Building Part 1 there is a restaurant as well as seminar rooms (for up to 100 people) that can be booked if needed. Tenants receive a 50% discount when renting the seminar rooms.

• The Seestadt Technology Center consists of highly high-quality office/commercial properties designed and built according to the latest technical possibilities regarding energy efficiency, sustainability and building ecology. The buildings are built to Passivhaus standard and feature innovative building technology systems.
