• Car parking spaces are available for tenants, visitors and customers in an unallocated space directly at the construction site. They can be rented for € 66,00 per month plus VAT per parking space. In the underground garage of Building 1 there are charging options for electric vehicles available if needed. In addition to the car unallocated parking spaces, electric bicycles can be rented.

• On the ground floor of Building 1 there is a restaurant as well as meeting rooms (for up to 100 people), which can be booked if needed. Tenants receive a 50% discount when renting the meeting rooms.
