• The ground floor of the building contains a restaurant as well as seminar rooms that can be booked as required. Tenants receive a 50% discount when renting the seminar rooms.

Electric bicycles are available for loan in front of the building. Parking spaces can be rented in the outdoor parking area for € 66,00 including VAT per parking space.

• The Seestadt Technology Centre is a highly premium office/commercial property that was planned and built according to the latest technical possibilities with regard to energy efficiency, sustainability and building ecology. The building was constructed to passive house standard and is Austria’s first commercial property that produces more electricity over the course of a year than it consumes (plus-energy building). For tenants, this means enormous cost savings, as energy requirements are at least 80% below those of conventional properties.
