In the aspern Seestadt in Vienna the first ROBIN building complex is being developed on the basis of the 2226 building concept of 2226 AG – and thus the most sustainable workspace in the city. The three separate buildings offer the highest space comfort with minimal energy consumption – for visionaries, innovators and all those who believe in a better future.

Dynamic Location

aspern Seestadt is one of the largest urban development areas in Europe. By the 2030s, high-quality housing will be built in the northeast of Vienna for more than 25,000 people and over 20,000 jobs and training places. Here, high quality of life meets dynamic economic power. In the ground floors of the three buildings, gastronomy and other commercial offerings ensure good supply and a lively environment. Since ROBIN Seestadt requires a minimum of building services, the buildings offer more usable space and maximum flexibility. Additional spatial freedom is created by the lack of columns in the interiors.
