From the former factory building to the loft office building

The 4-storey former factory building from the turn of the century is the striking building on the property. In 2000 this building was completely renovated and adapted for contemporary office use.

The individual floors are partly used as open-plan offices, or divided into smaller functional units with partition walls made of drywall. The main entrance of the building is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities.

Heating is provided centrally by Fernwärme Wien, and in summer the building is largely air-conditioned.
