Around Franz-Jonas-Platz there is an excellent infrastructure and local supply. Due to the proximity to Floridsdorf station there is a very good transport connection to the city center, to the airport, and to Messe Wien.

In the in-house garage, a total of 58 parking spaces are available to tenants.
