Loop-offices is a sustainable and innovative office building with ca. 14.500 m² of rental space. It meets the highest standards in energy efficiency and environmental protection. The building is heated and cooled by geothermal energy, has photovoltaic systems on the roof, and is connected to the district heating system as well. This combines workplace well-being and modern working environments with ecological responsibility.

In the midst of the directly adjacent “TU Wien Science Center,” the office building is located in a forward-looking urban development area that unites research, innovation and education at a central location. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and a focus on sustainable development, it promotes collaboration between science, industry and society.

Loop-offices impresses with its modern architecture. The large window facades create an open and transparent atmosphere that fosters creativity and communication.
