The building erected between 2018 and 2021 stands at a height of around 135 meters and is among the tallest structures in Vienna and Austria. It has a usable floor area of 32.000 m², distributed over 38 floors, which are served by eleven elevators. The windows of the double-skin façade are operable.

With the Austro Tower, the Business District TownTown, together with the TrIIIple project - which, in addition to three residential towers, also includes an office tower - has reached completion and has made the site in Vienna's 3rd district one of the most attractive inner-city locations in Vienna.

The project was built to ecological standards and certified Platin by both LEED and ÖGNI. As with TrIIIple, the Austro Tower is heated and cooled using water from the Donaukanal. For the heating and cooling of the buildings, SORAVIA developed an elaborate energy concept that uses the water of the adjacent Donaukanal as an energy source. For the operation of the system, only green electricity is procured. Thus the 100% ecological heating and cooling supply of TrIIIple and Austro Tower is secured. Thus, through renewable energy, CO2 emissions from ca. 2.600 4-person households per year can be saved.

For lease are floors 5-7 available immediately, which could be leased in one block. In addition, floors 24-25 with a floor area of approximately 821m² each are available; these floors can be leased individually. The barrier-free, like-new spaces offer bright and flexibly designable rooms where the requirements of modern work environments can be implemented optimally. Whether Open Space or small-scale use, due to the flexible floor plans, both concepts are feasible here. The windows are operable and thus provide the possibility to ventilate the spaces with fresh air.
