Fabiani House

The Portois & Fix company, which was active in furniture manufacturing and interior design, was built in 1899–1901 for them by Max Fabiani in Vienna's 3rd district, Landstraße, at Ungargasse 59–61.

Directly adjoining are the properties Barichgasse 40-42 and Barichgasse 38, and together the three form an ensemble with a huge courtyard, in which on the one hand the entrance to the building's own underground garage is located, on the other hand a large number of parking spaces are available, or it simply serves for a short relaxation outdoors.

The vacant office spaces were recently renovated by the owner, but the room layout could still be altered in consultation with the landlord.
