In the interior design of the office units, tenant-specific wishes can be largely accommodated and implemented. Due to the increased ceiling height of approximately 3 meters, the lower floor areas are designed for laboratory spaces.

In the course of the first construction phase, around 6,318 m² and in the second construction phase around 4,650 m² of high-quality office space were realized on 6 floors. The two construction phases can be connected to each other via connecting bridges.
