The MARXBOX is another component of the Neu Marx urban development area, which is gradually being developed into a modern office and research site. • In the 2nd construction phase, around 4.650 m² of high-quality office space on 6 floors were realized.
• The two construction phases can be connected to each other by connecting bridges.
• In further construction phases, the project will be expanded to a total of approximately 40.000 m² usable floor area.

The office spaces are characterized by their high-quality fittings and efficient floor space layout. The consumption-optimized building is characterized by an environmentally friendly construction method and will be equipped with concrete core activation. Consumption-optimized building services contribute to a comfortable indoor climate. Innovative concepts and an optimal interplay between architecture and building services contribute to lowering ongoing operating costs.

The upper floors feature generous terrace areas and offer a breathtaking view over the entire city.
