About this office
In the best location, directly at Schwarzenbergplatz, a beautiful old building office with just over 500m² usable area on the 2nd floor of a splendid palace is available.
The city palace was built in the years 1917/ 1918 by the two architects Alexander Neumann and Ernst Gotthilf-Miskolczy for the businessman David Fanto, who had become a millionaire with Galician oil wells. After his death in 1920, the palace became the seat of the Austrian spirits monopoly and since March 1998 it also houses the Arnold Schönberg Center and other companies.
The monumental building block, constructed in neoclassical form, is free-standing on two sides. The corner view, adorned with colossal Ionic columns and crowned by a dome, faces Schwarzenbergplatz.
A perfect floor plan with mostly centrally accessible rooms and the sensational ambience are just two of the many advantages of these offices. The high rooms of the palace offer a perfect working climate; correspondingly high-quality equipment with cooling, floor boxes and glass doors rounds off the overall package.
The office was completely renovated – among other things, a completely new parquet floor was laid, the wet rooms were completely redesigned and two brand new kitchens were installed.
